The swing arm connects to an ornamental piece at the top of the main light. The carousel lantern has a sloping two-tier roof which extends down into a curved tapered frame. The frame flows into a flat diamond shape base. The frame is finished in an antique black color which looks great against the hammered glass panels that sit inside the frame.
