It's easy and simple to assemble and adjust, the foam pads are pretty thick and comfy and the material is good too. The wheels operate really smooth on a flat floor.I read some reviews about the wheels breaking and thought they were the wheels themselves and thought that if it happened it would be an easy fix. I learned, however, it's the barrel that the wheel installs into that breaks. There is a simple weld on the top and bottom of the barrel that broke after 1 day of use. Not so easy of a fix.

The chair itself is fine, kindve a pain to set up but not impossible. I thought it was just dust on the seat but as I finished and tried to wipe it off the seat is peeling off as if it's been sitting in a garage over the winter. I don't want to return it but if it's peeling and falling apart before I even get a chance to sit on it...To sum up, the chair is fine, completely functional. I'm just disappointed in how the seat is falling apart straight out of the box.

My almost 12 year old needs to move around --- a lot! She does online learning so she sits for hours! We already have a stool with wheels, a wobble chair and now --- this kneeling chair! This one has become her favorite! She has been using it for 2 months now. She kneel/sits on it ALL DAY LONG (for school) and also for non school computer stuff. She's about 5'3" and maybe 90lbs. We have not had to re-adjust it. The padding is thick and despite her constant movement, is intact! She is the type of person that can't sit still and often has one leg/knee up, lol. I am very satisfied with this. Hubby put it together. All the pieces were there! I think there were a few extra screws in case you lose some? I remember him saying the directions were terrible, but he's handy so it worked out. Highly recommended! :)

I had this chair at work and I loved it. When the pandemic hit and we all had to work from home, I somehow forgot to bring it to my home office. So I ordered one through Amazon and it's been great. If you are behind a computer 8 or more hours a day like I am, the trick is to use it intermittently with your regular chair, one hour on and one hour off. The other trick is not to lean forward when you are using it. I have found that the best result is when I use my regular chair for an hour, then take a five minute standing break, then use the ergonomic chair for an hour and so on.

Omg. I had to assemble and disassemble this thing three times. The instructions are awful, unclear, fail to provide detail on which set or holes your supposed to Insert which part of the chair. Really really bad assembly instructions. As for the chair. I haven’t tried it other than a sit test once it was assembled. It keeps my back straight. Would be nice if the knee cushion were softer. But main thing to note it will be Lower than your regular desk chair with limited adjustment up. So prepare to lower your computer keyboard and screen ' which in my case, in my desk, I can’t do. Also there is the option to gain an inch up or down but that involves disassembling the thing to choose the higher hole on the chair stem' which was never explained to you because it’s only terrible, small, incomprehensible drawings.
