Return Policy for East Depot Products


Return and Exchange Period You may request a return or exchange by submitting a request to East Homes within one month of delivery. Requests made after one month will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Please provide photographic or video evidence when submitting your request.

Out of Stock Items If an item you ordered is out of stock, our customer service team will promptly contact you. You will have the option to wait for the item to be restocked, choose a different item, or cancel your order for a full refund.

Supplier Commitments If a product is out of stock and the supplier commits to restocking and delivering by a certain date, you may choose to wait. If the supplier fails to meet their delivery promise, you are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund.

Incorrect Products If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please provide photographic or video evidence. You may return the item using a shipping label provided by the supplier for a full refund or to have the correct item shipped to you at no additional cost.

Partial Orders If your order is incomplete, submit photographic or video proof. You may request the missing items be sent, accept a partial refund, or return the received items for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be covered by the supplier.

Payment Issues If there is an error in charging your order, please contact customer service immediately for a refund.

Incorrect Delivery Address If you provided an incorrect delivery address, contact us immediately to update the information. If the order is lost due to the incorrect address, reshipment costs will be your responsibility. If the product returns to the supplier, reshipment to the correct address will also be at your expense.

Shipping Delays If the tracking status does not update within 3 working days, you may request a full refund. This does not apply during special periods like Black Friday, Christmas, or COVID-19.

Extended Shipping Times If delivery exceeds 14 days (excluding special periods), and the product is not received, contact us for a reshipment or a full refund. If the product arrives after the 14-day period, you can return it in good condition for a full refund.

Quality Issues For products with quality issues, contact us with photographic or video evidence to initiate a refund or replacement.

Damaged Products If a product arrives damaged, submit a request with proof within 5 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
