Warranty Coverage
Ocean Rock USA INC., operating under the name Elementi, guarantees that Elementi fire features and accessories are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the original purchase date. Should any defects arise, Elementi reserves the right to either repair or replace the defective item at its discretion. This service is provided without charge for the replacement parts or product, but the customer is responsible for returning the item to the original place of purchase.
Please note that Elementi is not liable for any consequential damages exceeding the product's purchase price, and this warranty does not cover costs related to freight, removal, or reinstallation.
Warranty Limitations
- This warranty is non-transferable and only applicable to non-commercial, personal use.
- Installation of all gas lines must be performed by a licensed professional to maintain warranty validity.
- Damage resulting from shipping, staining, abuse, dings, dents, scratches, fading, natural weathering, or decorative rock issues are not covered.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or improper installation void this warranty.
- Normal characteristics of the product such as minor chipping, weather fading, water staining, non-structural hairline cracks, color, and texture variations, as well as specific traits of cast concrete like color variance up to 15%, uneven textures, patterns, and small surface holes, are not considered defects under this warranty.
Returns Policy
Elementi accepts returns of unused, resalable items within 15 days of delivery. To initiate a return, a Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA#) must be obtained and clearly marked on the outside of the return package. The RMA# remains valid for 15 days. Returns should be sent to:

Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe return of items, as expired RMA numbers are not monitored by Elementi. All return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer, and C.O.D. shipments are not accepted. A credit, less a 15% restocking fee, will be issued within 15 days of receiving the returned goods. Any significant missing parts will be itemized and may result in additional deductions from the credit.
Damage, Defect, and Loss Claims
Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported to both Elementi and the carrier within seven days of the delivery date. If a claim number is provided by the carrier, it should be included in the report. All packaging materials should be retained, as the carrier may require an inspection before the item is returned.
