Kokomo Grills Shipping and Return Policy on East Homes

Shipping Terms:

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping and handling or delivery fee charges are additional. All shipping and delivery fee charges are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Options:
    1. Will Call: Pickup at one of our shipping terminals or hub stations.
    2. Commercial Business Address: Requires a loading dock or forklift for unloading.
    3. Residential/Lift-Gate Delivery: Delivers to your driveway, not inside your home.
  • Shipping Times: We do not guarantee shipping times, though we aim to deliver as quickly as possible. Unforeseen factors may affect shipping times. Orders will ship 6-10 weeks from the date of purchase, provided the product is in stock. No processing or shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
  • Delivery Acceptance: Ensure you can accept delivery to avoid costly re-delivery, installation, re-consignment, or storage fees. Final payments must be made before the order reaches its destination.

Inspection/Damaged Merchandise:

  • Inspection: Inspect goods upon receipt and note any damages on the delivery receipt, signed by both parties. You have 24 hours to notify us in writing of any damages.
  • Freight Damage: In case of excessive damage, refuse the delivery. We will provide replacement parts for documented freight damage. Consumers must return defective/damaged parts and will be charged until the return is confirmed. After signing for delivery, the goods become your property.

Delivery Terms/Out of Stock Items:

  • Out of Stock: If components are out of stock or special order items, delivery may be delayed. We will inform you of any delays in your order.

Return Policy:

  • Returns: Non-special order items can be returned in original re-salable condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. A 30% re-stocking fee and all shipping charges apply.
  • Exemptions: Manufactured orders, floor models, and Dent and Scratch items are final sales and not returnable.
  • Return Authorization: Contact us for return authorization before returning items. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
